'My skin gets that familiar prickle. The sand from the biting winds are lost deep within the fabric of my shirt and scratches....scratches.... at my dry skin. I roll up the sleeves for a bit of relief as I sit and rest, waiting for Fedro to return with the ropes. You see, we found a crate. Nobody finds crates these days. If we can get it back to the town before nightfall, we may just get to keep it. My Brahmin, Betsy, will haul it, for it is very heavy, hopefully worth its weight too. Betsy will no doubt hope it is too, for with her two heads constantly scavenging for food she could do with some good feed. Hell, we could all do with some good food, and water that doesn't make your hair fall out. '
