'Atlas' Oil on canvas 90cm x 60cm
On our recent trip to Coober Pedy, I was inspired by how the trees could grow in such a dry environment, though twisted and gnarled they still stood strong. And thus, my idea for Atlas was born.
It is one of the paintings for a dual show I'm in at Steps Gallery, Lygon St Carlton, 14-25 August.
Any Melbourners in the area come on by Satuday 14th Aug 6pm-8pm for the opening
